As many of you know, we have always prided ourselves on that little
something extra. And we have received many requests to make an official
“catering menu.” So keep in mind we offer all the soups on the following
pages along with making a lot of wonderful Non-Soup Flat Plate Delicacies.

Same great beef but simmered in our own Marinara Sauce with Sweet Green and Red Peppers, Wonderful roasted garlic and Smoky Provolone. You build this satisfying meal to suit everyone ’ s particular Taste. - BBQ pulled Pork, and Jamaican Jerked Pork.
Slow simmered Pork in your choice of a Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce OR our Authentic Spicy and Tangy Cilantro, Onion, Garlic infused Homemade Jerk Sauce. YAHHH Maaan. - Sloppy Joe’s or for a twist sloppy Joses.'
Sloppy Joe is traditional and Jose is twisted with Cumin and Cilantro - Fancy Mac and Cheese.
Creamy Cheese Sauce made from Sweet Red Peppers, Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Goat Cheese and Seven Year Aged White Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Creamy and rich. Yep, what your mom would have made if she was Julia Childs!
